Doc, sie sprachen in einem anderen Thread eine aktuelle Metastudie an, die pro Medikamente zu sehen sei.

Ich ergänze mal die Einschränkungen.
Der Autor selbst sagt, potenzielle Risiken und Nebenwirkungen seien nicht Teil der Studie.
Last night, lead researcher Dr Andrea Cipriani admitted there were limitations to the Oxford study and that more research was needed to ensure patients were being effectively matched to treatments. Potential risks and side-effects were not part of this review, he added.

Außerdem sagt er folgendes.

Und die Metastudie umfasst nur kurzzeit Studien, sagt also nichts über die Wirkung bei Langzeiteinnahme.
